SEF URL's

I know there seems to be problems with SEF URL's and I have come across this when I have put in a Category content module on my frontpage. Selecting any category will show a 404 page error. Turning SEF off they work fine.

Is there a fix for this that a noob like me will be able to tweak?

It's probably because in the "menu" option of your module, you didn't select a category listing menu there and because of that the SEF system of joomla is not able to select HikaShop based on the current menu when you click on a link of the module.
