How to make some changes in the registration form?

I wonder how to change the province and state default value in the registration form? (Currently it is France and Rhone).

Also, I hope to remove the coupon code option because there is no coupon offered.

I think that you should :

1.
- Go to "Hikashop->Display->Custom fields->'address_country'/'address_state'"
- Change the "Default value"

2.
- Go to "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout"
- Remove the coupon step of the checkout workflow
