The layout is meant to have the product image on the left, and the price, add to cart, and description on the right, however some pages display correctly and some don't, it's very strange.

That's because you moved the description on the right area without fixing the width of the right area.
You will have to add such CSS:
.hikashop_product_right_part{ width: 45% }

Please help. I have used UPS shipping method but it is not shown on check out page.
