The size of images increases twice after loading!
For example, I uploaded JPG image with size 12,2kb and then received JPG image with 21,22kb
When I uploaded one picture with 12,2kb from computer, on a server this to spend 48,6kb
And when I remove the image from the admin panel, it is not deleted from the server

HikaShop does not touch original files that you uploaded but it creates thumbnails.
After that, you do not precised your HikaShop version so we can't tell more about your problem. The image helper in HikaShop evolved and we added new features into.

Okay.
So, in which folder is your file size problem ?
Because like I said previously, HikaShop does not touch the original files you uploaded so, it is just not possible that the original image is modified by HikaShop.

The PHP GB library is called when managing the images. It's possible that this library edit a little the images.
The indicated folder is a thumbnail one, how are you adding these images in this folder ? Via the interface or via FTP ?
If you upload via FTP, the images will not be touched by anything. So I recommend to use this way, you have o name correctly the files.

This kind of check is actually not present in HikaShop.
Generally the main size is different than the thumbnail size.
What can be done to keep the original file size is to upload them via ftp in the folder "site.com\media\com_hikashop\upload\thumbnail_200x200", by this way they will not be re-generated.
