Updating products after characteristic change

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.2.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.2.1
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.8
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : any
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : none

We have a characteristic (Colour) for our products and we have just added a new colour to the range. After adding the new colour it is not displayed in the drop-down list on the front end product page.
As we have 90 products that use this characteristic is there an easy way to update them all?

Hi,

There is no easy way for now. You will have to edit your products and click on the "manage variants" button and then on the "new" button in order to add the variant for each product.
