You can potentially combine the classes and ids in order to restrict the css property to one type of page.
Something like:

When the window of Shadowbox Media Viewer is open, that page don't have standard ids and classes

It's indeed included after the main page content, so not possible to add a css property to restrict css on a specific page.
This is a shadowbox issue, thanks to contact the shadowbox team in order to know if specifications can be made on a specific page.
