I have a slider with the last products on address site.com/hikashop_main_category and in this slider the products have URLs like: site.com/main_category/product.html but the correct product URLs must be site.com/main_category/child_category/product.html

Yes, I can to use canonical URLs of product or switch off slider before the adding a new products, but possible to automate this process, can I add some priority for child category URLs or something like that?

You'll have to use the canonical URL system for that.
Thankfully, with the "Use canonical URL and generate it if missing" option of "Force canonical URLs on listings" setting of the configuration, that process can be automated. To have the canonical URLs generated with the correct links, just display the listings of the products with the correct links once after setting this option and all the products displayed will get their canonical URL as their URL on that listing.
