module can not show numbers or number with words

-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.1
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.7

1. I have created a category JR Test and its sub_cat. They are Year_2014, Year_2013, ABCD, 2014, and '2013.
2. I created a module called Jewelry Review to show the category of the above on the page to show its sub cat.
3. The module is on the left hand side. But it can not show Year_2014, Year_2013, 2014, and '2013.
4. The module can only showed ABCD. Why did it only show English Words but not numbers?

You provided only a piece of the page for your screenshots. Here is some tutorial on how to properly take screenshots:

It's either that your categories are disabled, restricted to some user group, or that they don't have products in them and that the "Only display categories with products" option of your module is not turned on.
