Blank page clicking on a certain category

-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.3
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.29
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox 32
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Blank page after clicking a particular category.

In the backend of Hikashop there is a category that gives me a blank page in the article view clicking on this particular category in the explorer on the left. Other categories seems to work normal. I just get a blank page and no error. In the frontend the articles are visible when I click the category.

Any idea what could be the problem here?

Could you please turn on the "error reporting" and "debug mode" options of the Joomla configuration and try again so that we could get the error message on that blank page ?
That would help us understand what's going on and provide you with a solution.
