Option as a Product is showing in Joomla search

I have Hika Shop Essential and I've created options called Big&Tall. When we do a search for a product in the Joomla core search, both the main product shows up and the Big&Tall option shows up. So you can essentially click on the Big&Tall option and it will take you to the page.
We don't want the Big&Tall option to show up in search as a separate product since it is not a separate product. It is a Big&Tall option for another product.
How can we stop the "options" from showing up in search?

Try to change the line:
if(hikashop_level(2)){
to:
if(true){
in the file plugins/search/hikashopproduct/hikashopproduct.php and that should help.
