Badge on single product

Hi hikashop

We need to promote a single product from time to time, and not a whole category...
How can we do this ?
Its NOT an option to move the product to another category, as this would course link trouble for us.

I`ve seen it on other shop software, where you directly in the product setup page, can check off a checkbox
to show image for instant "ON SALE".

Please advise.

Hi,

You can create an unpublished category and use that unpublished category in your badge. Then, when you add that category as second category of a product, the product will get the badge and it will still be in its normal category and the unpublished category won't appear on the frontend.
