Replace "x items in stock"

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to have instead of "x items in stock" "just a few left" if the quantity of a product is low.

Yes. You can use a translation override in order to change any text of the interface on your website:

Thank you for your answer. But the text should just show up if the quantity of the product is low. That wouldnt work with an override, right?

There are three translations:
X_ITEMS_IN_STOCK
X_ITEM_IN_STOCK
NO_STOCK
And you can change each one independently. But if you want something more complex, like for example a message below 10 items in stock but not above, then it would require that you customize the file "quantity" of the view "product" via the menu Display>Views.
