After login price without tax, how to fix it?

After user login on my shop are only prices without tax displayed, i want to show only prices with tax, how can i solve this problem?

After the user logs in, the system will use the address of the user in order to calculate the taxes on the prices. If the user is exempt of the taxes before his address is outside a taxable area, he will see the prices without taxes.
There is no option to change that behavior since it's normal that the user sees the prices without taxes when the system knows that he shouldn't pay the taxes.
