Add to cart notification popup generate url wrong

-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : 404 NOT FOUND

in my cart settings I have set after add to cart: display popup

when I click on button 'add to cart' it will generate wrong url and it causes 404 error

Please check this screenshod. Underlined text should be removed, then it will be working fine.
