How can I STOP Hikashop changing my price from: 4.75 to 4.749996 please?

For the tax part ?
You can't really do that, we are not rounding prices in order to have more precise calculations and have a correct final price.
But in frontend the price must be displayed like 4.75, isn't it ?

Yep, I mean the price including tax. It is 4.75 on frontend. I was just worried it would change to 4.74 or 4.76 at some point.

Don't worry that's normal. The prices are always rounded on the frontend. They are however stored not rounded in order to calculate the prices with greater accuracy.
