"Custom Fields" don't update on live products

Hi,

We have a number of custom fields on our product pages, but when we try to change the content inside them they don't update on the existing products.

This is a pain because currently, if we want to change the existing information in them we have to delete and re-upload the product for it to take effect.

Do you have any ideas? I have attached a screenshot of one of the custom fields so you can see our settings.

To change the value of the existing products, we recommend to use the mass actions:

Hi, we've tried using mass action and it has changed the Custom Field in the back end, but for some reason the live product in the front end still shows the old content.

Can you think of a reason why and a solution if possible?

If you value of the custom field was changed in the products of the backend but not on the frontend, then the logical reason is that you have some caching on your website that you should clear in order to see the new data of the products.
