Add to cart pop up message

Clicking on add to cart does not give me the messages below

Continue shopping / Proceed to check out messages

Please make sure that the "After a product is added to the cart" setting of the HikaShop configuration is set to "stay and display a popup notice".

It is set up this way. It goes straight to the product page. Some products give me a product does not exist error. Can you please take a look at the website. I can pm you the login

I resolved the product doesnt exist error. The pop up is still not working.

Hi,

From what I can see the issue is coming from the carousel system of your template which adds its javascript to the popup notice output and when the popup system tries to display the popup if fails because the javascript of the menu fails (probably because there is no menu in the popup).

I would recommend to check on that issue with your template provider and give them this screenshot.
