Hello,
I have an issue with the layout on the product page, you cannot see all of the website footer section. This issue only occurs on the product detail page.
Product detail page:
www.littletreasurebox.com.au/collection/...ch-diamante-bracelet
Product listing page:
www.littletreasurebox.com.au/collection/category/46-bracelets
It is the same template for both.
I hope you can help.
Thank you
Kind regards
Lene

Hi,
I don't see any difference between the two pages, do you have solved your issue ?
If not, please give us a screenshot illustrating the issue.

Hello,
Sorry for not coming back to this topic sooner.
It is a bit strange, it only happens in full screen width in Chrome and IE and only in product detail page. If I minimise the screen a bit it works fine.
I have attached two samples. In sample 1 you can see the full footer in sample 2 part of the footer is not showing.
Thanks
Regards
Lene

Hello,
The footer seems to be displayed on both pictures, also note that if your modules aren't displaying regarding the browser or the screen width, it's probably coming from your template which is not displaying some modules which are in one of your "template position".

Hello,
If you have a close look the facebook icon is not quite showing in sample 2. All shop and follow on pages are using the same template so they all have the same module and footer setup. And the issue is only on the product detail page.

Lene

Hi,
The problem comes from the JavaScript code of your template handling the fixing of the navigation bar at the top when you scroll down the page.
The page height on the product page of your link is the exact size where that problem would happen.
Add some height to the product page, and you'll see that the problem won't happen.
You can do that for example by adding such CSS:
.hikashop_product_page{ height : 700px; }
So adding extra vertical space to the product page is a solution, but a more elegant solution would be to fix the scrolling javascript code of the template. You might want to contact your template provider about that.
