Manage Product Varient

Dear sir
I can see you changed the way of managing Variant products, I have the following problem
while trying to edit variant, and once press on any Variant to edit, an empty pop up appear with title File, if I close, other popup with title Upload File, and if I close it, other popup appear, .....
please advice why those popups appear while I need just to edit the variant

also, it looks you are not Generating variants automatically anymore, it has to be manually managed

Are you right talking about the HikaShop backend ?
If so, which Joomla version and which backend template are you using ?
You wrote that you're using HikaShop 2.5.0 but the private website link you gave is indicating HIkaShop 2.4.0

Please explain your issue with more details and with precise context and version numbers.

yes sir its from the backend
and am using joomla 3.3.6
am using T3 Blank template (BS 2) not 3 for the front end, however, the ISIS for the backend
and the link I sent to you represent my 2.5.0 installation, I do not know how yo
u see it 2.4

Yes, variants are not generated automatically anymore.
You can click on the "add variants" button in order to generate them by selecting the values you want to use for each characteristic of the product.

Regarding the issue with the popups, we're not able to reproduce them.
Please provide a backend access along with a link to this thread via our contact form so that we can have a look at the issue.

Too bad that the variants not any more automatically are generated! We are using many characteristics and now it looks more work.
We found out to work now but maybe you have to explain more about this in the change log en documentation.

Hi,

Due to the high number of users with issues using the automatic generation, the feature had to be deactivated.
The new interface allow to generate a lot of variants in the same time ; it is much faster than the previous one.
Now, the interface can still be improved and if you have suggestions or ideas for improvements, we are open.
