No popup box after "add to cart"

Hi when a customer adds a product there is no popup displayed to show cart has been updated.
Configuration > Main > After a product is added to the cart= Stay and display popup...
Can you please take a look

You should try it with the "Use AJAX when possible for add to cart buttons" option set to YES via "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Main".

Please download again the latest version install package via the menu My account>My subscriptions on our website and install it on yours. That should hopefully fix the problem thanks to a patch we've added since you updated.
