Can we stop quantity from changing product price?

Hi Guys,

We were wondering if it was possible to stop the quantity field changing the price of the product?

Basically, we need the quantity field to still update the stock we have left, but we want the customer to only ever be charged for 1, no matter how many they order. Is this possible?

A simple solution can be to, instead of using the "Quantity" field, to use a custom item field that you'll be able to create via "Hikashop->Display->Custom fields".

My bad, I didn't totally understood your first question, there is no option to do that if you also want the stock to be update.
The only solution will be to directly create a plugin based on the trigger :
- hikashop_product_price_for_quantity_in_cart
- hikashop_product_price_for_quantity_in_order
which will override the product quantity trough your customer cart during the checkout workflow.
