Price display issue

I have products with the retail price set as well as the 'Our price' set. When the products are displayed on the front end they no longer display the 'Our Price'. If a page is opened that has Characteristics set up and you select one of the available options then the retail price is displayed. Can someone please help me and tell me how to get the retail price to display on its own again. Thank you in advance.

This indicates a problem with how the layouts of the product page have been customized on your website.
You can rename the folder templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop/product via FTP in order to deactivate all of them and it should then work properly.
In that case, you'll have to contact the developer who did these customizations of the HikaShop views for help with that problem.
