[Solved] Exclude out of stock on single variant

I would like to display the out of stock for all variants of a product except one. I use select size {Select-Size} as a varient set to default. I disabled out of stock in the language file already. But my problem is i want some variants to display out of stock however i don't want my {Select-Size} varient to display out of stock because i have the quantity set to 0.
1. Is there another better way to accomplish my goals instead of using {Select-Size} as a variant.
2. Or is there a way to exclude out of stock on my {select-size} variant only.

Then instead of setting the quantity to 0 for the select-size variant, set it's sale start date in the future, or the sale end date in the past and the variant will still not be available for purchase but not out of stock.
