Add Option Price To Variants Displayed in List

We have a product that will have several variants. We also have an option added to that main product. We are displaying the characteristics in the List display.

Currently we are able to select the option, however, its not being added to the price of the variant.

Is there a way to make options work with variants when characteristics are configured to display in a list?

We attempted to use the Table display, but for some reason that display is showing as a drop down.

The characteristics list display isn't made to support the options of the custom item fields. So the best is to use another display method.
The table display method can only work when you have two characteristics on the product. If that's not the case, it defaults to dropdowns, so that's normal.
