You've added that custom CSS code:

This CSS code only applies to the first input field as the others after will have another id with a 2 instead of a 1.
I would recommend to use the class hikashop_product_quantity_field instead of the id hikashop_product_quantity_field_1 in your custom CSS so that it can apply to all the quantity inputs, not just the first one on the page.
