Hikashop Starter & custom product fields

-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.13

I would like to add a custom text input field during checkout, but only if products in a specific category are present during checkout but can't seem to figure out how to do it using hikashop starter. I seem to be able to only add "address" field which probably isn't the proper one. Could i get some assistance?

HikaShop Starter do only propose address custom fields, for other kind of fields, it requires a commercial version of HikaShop.
