Hide Product used for Options

Dear Sirs,

I need to offer a Gift packaging for the products in shop. I created a Special product called "Gift Box" and used as option for other products.
But the problem is that the gift box appear in shop as normal product, but in truth this is not an item that can be bought individually.

There is a way to hide the product from the shop?

Yes. Move it to an unpublished category so that it can't be accessed directly.

thank you. There is also a way to hide it from the modules that show, for exaple, the top selled product? I have a theme from RCA and they offer a module for it.

Hi,

If the module is created based on the "HikaShop content module", then the module will only take into account the products under the category selected in the "main category" setting of the module. So what you have to do is to move that unpublished category outside the tree of categories of that category and the products in that category won't be taken into account.
If it's a module made by themselves, then I don't know and you'll have to check with the RCA Theme support.
