Remove payment step from checkout workflow

Hi, there is a way to remove the payment step from the checkout workflow? I need to receive the order, but all the payments will be received in the office, so there is no need to have this on the workflow, I just want to receive the products and return the total price and the products by mail to confirm the client.

Yes. You can remove the "payment_" part of the "checkout workflow" option which is in the tab "checkout" of the configuration.
