custom text field problem on field step.

custom text field problem on field step. was created by Rickhavoc
it happening again where the page flickers and it doesn't go to the next step. check it out. if i keep trying to force myself through the process meaning having to keep click next i can enter the card info but after hitting next there it bounces me back to the field step with whats on the field step.

now it doesn't flicker on the page of the fields but it flickers on the page that has this information

after i click next there i get sent back to the fields page with this..
when i changed the type and saved , it stayed with the same column name of "customtext_165_14_03_50 "
