-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.5
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome

I'm working on a site redesign and the cart pop-up when you add something to your cart...has a section that is off screen. I found where to modify the pop-up size...but no matter how I change it...it still has an option to scroll down. Please see attached image...you will see the scroll bar on the right.

How can I fix this? I'm getting close to making this my live site.

Hi,

You can add some css rules, but you have to add the properties in your template css file directly, and at the end of the file.

Hi,

First I think that you should change the settings of the option 'Add to cart popup size' in Configuration > Main > Cart to use the height of "220".
Then in your file "/media/gantry5/engines/nucleus/css-compiled/nucleus.css" there is the property:

#g-page-surround { min-height: 100vh; position: relative; overflow: hidden; }
So the "min-height: 100vh;" is the css which is forcing the height of the content, so a scroll bar is displayed.

You can remove this property or add the following one at the end of this css file:

#g-page-surround { min-height: auto; }

Ok great, thank you Xavier! I'll try adding that in later tonight to their "custom.css" file as I've already learned if I change something in the nucleus.css...if I update Gantry, it wipes out all changes!

I'll let you know if I'm successful. Thank you again and everyone else here at Hikashop. You guys are great!

Ok...did exactly what you said, and the scroll bar is now gone, but the bottom of the box itself is still going past the viewable section as shown in the image attached. Any thoughts?

Hello,

In order to fix this little css issue, the most simple is to send us administrator access via our contact us form, here
I will add some Css rules in order to solve it.

Hi,

I've had a closer look thanks to the access, but it looks like a problem relative to your Joomla template and it won't be fixable with CSS code only.
The height set for the inner iframe of the popup is the same size as the border div while it should have a height 20px lower than it.
If you switch to protostar template, you can see that this problem doesn't occur.

For my Rockettheme template - the following solved the misaligned boxes:
Set the following as a CSS override (how will depend on which version of gantry you are using)
#sbox-window {
padding:0;}

Thank you! That worked. I'm checking to see if anything else was effected, but the only thing I can see is that the white border is now gone. Any thoughts on how to bring that back so the pop-up isn't lost to the background colors?

So...I've pushed my test site over to my live site, and ran in to a problem with this. When looking at images in HikaShop, the images are now the same size as the pop-up cart image. I've pulled the changes out of my custom.scss file (so you can't see it now...but the cart pop-up is messed up again because of it), but I wanted to check in to see if there were any thoughts on this issue.

Is there a way to separate out the changes to effect ONLY the cart pop-up and not the image pop-ups?

The image popup is done by default with mootools, but you can change it by changing the "Image popup mode" setting of the Display tab of the HikaShop configuration.
So that way, if you use another popup system for the images, your CSS for the add to cart popup notice won't affect the popups for the images.

So, if I'm reading this right, if I were to change the image popup from mootools to "image popup mode"...I should be able to make the changes to the cart as listed above, without it causing changes to the image popups?

Well, if you change the image popup mode setting to something else, the image popups will use a different popup system and thus look a bit different, but then, your CSS for the add to cart notice popup won't affect the popup of the images.
