Shipping to a Different addres not working

hello. I am using hikashop latest version 1.5 the business edition. I am having trouble when customers want to ship to a different address. it does not save the address. what can I do / thanks for you help.

there, that is the link. I am about to change from virtuemart ( which really suck) to hikashop which (rules) I am about to go live, but this little thing is killing me.
this is the only menu that is available with hihashop right now.

I just created an order on your website and I was able to set two different addresses. One for the shipping and one for the billing.
