Adds same item on checkout

When I add an item to the cart, proceed checkout and press next the same item in the cart is added and added all over again...

Please activate the debug mode in the joomla configuration and try again. Do you get an error message when doing so ?

Did you change the checkout workflow in the configuration of HikaShop? If yes, what do you have ?

I did not get any error messages on debug mode

My Checkout process:

cart,login_address,terms,shipping_payment_confirm_cart_fields,end

I can only remove items from the module, if i try to remove (x) items from the checkout page another item gets added

I use Joomla 1.5.25
Hika 1.5.4
Firefox 8 (same issue with IE)

Nicolas, it seems that there is an error with the template or template button...

I changed to other template and it worked fine

It always worked fine, why this error suddenly appears makes me confused

It's apparently because of the fact that you had customized views and that you updated and some things changed causing that problem.
The best would be to back up your checkout view modifications in the men Display->Views and remove the customization and reapply them to the new version of the files.
