Is it possible to use this product just for ordering an item? My client is only interested in receiving orders on items in the shop, and then discusses them with the customers. He is not interested at the moment to sell and get paid online. Thanks.

Yes it's possible, you just have to parameter some options.

Set the Payment method to "collect on delivery", the Shipping method to "Manual method" without price.
You can override the shipping address by the text wanted, for example: "We will contact you after your order".
And edit the "checkout workflow" still in the configuration of HikaShop, and just let "Login" and "Cart".

These modifications can be quickly applied.
