No payment method found

My users see no payment method found, but when you get to the bottom you see the messae "You chose the payment method: PayPal." and they are not able to complete the transaction.

This seems to be related to usps shipping. Everything is fine until I choose a shipping option it's then when the message "no payment method" appears.

I can also make this happen with the manual shipping method, buy setting shipping price per product.

I suppose that the problem comes from the fact that you selected a shipping method restriction in your payment plugin's options.
Please unselect the shipping methods in there and it should work.
