problem with shipping method

In the checkout , it returned the result as :

Please configure your payment methods
No payment methods found
No shipping methods available to your location


I've created the shipping method as "free shipping" in "hikashop manual shipping method" , zone :"United States of America".No restriction on the dimension. Weight between 5-3000kg. I've also published it. I've also published this plugin in Joomla plugin manager. I've set a proper weight for the product (set individual weights for its variants as well).

Can't figure out why it still doesn't work.

You restricted it to the USA. That means that if your address is outside the USA, it won't display. Same if you didn't enter your address and that the "main tax zone" of the configuration is outside the USA.
