Shipping for virtaul products shows up everywhere

We sell virtual as real products.

In the manual shipping plugin we have setup:

Downloads -> min and max weight set to 0 with a zero price
TNTPOST -> Min 1kg and max 5kg set to price 5.95

When I order a product that has a weight of 2kg and go to the checkout, I still see the Download as a shipping options.
In the overview I see restrictions at the second one but not at the Download line:



Seems I have something set wrong somewhere.

Found that if I set the max weight to 0.001kg it all works.
Seems a bug to me?

(Using version 1.58)

You don't need the "download" shipping method.
You just need to turn off the option "force shipping regardless of weight" in the configuration.
