Manual Shipping / min-max post code question

Hello everyone,

Might I ask some fellow hikashop owners or the devs for an example of how to get a US Postal / ZIP code to work in the manual shipping module?

I've set up a few for some exceptions that come up in the shop, but I'm not too sure that they're set up correctly.

Can I set the minimum code 00400
Then the maximum for 00500

as simply as that? Then expect a customer to type in 00401 as a zip code and gain the benefits of the shipping module's price?
