Australia Post Additional Fee not added to invoice

I have just had a couple of orders and none of them have had the "Additional Fee" which I use for postage and handling applied to the invoice the customer needs to pay. I have the latest version of Hika Essentials installed and have tested it now on 2 orders using both AUstralia post standard and express. Definitely not passing the Additional Fee for payments made by bank transfer - assume it would be the same for other payment methods as well.

1. Can you try it with another payment method like paypal ?

I also tried with Paypal - the additional fee is not added either.

The additional fee of the australia post plugin is included directly in the shipping fee so you don't see it as a separate item of orders.
