price on shipping method was created by lacasetta
Hi,
i think i found a little bug.
On manual shipping method.
I set minimum price and also maximum price.
The system works only with minimum price.
For example:
minimum price: 15 Euro
maximum price: 99,99 Euro
If i buy 14,50 Euro the system give me notice about minimum and the shipping method does not appear.
If i buy 105 Euro the shipping method with max 99,99 appears on my checkout.
Can you fix that?

Hi Tony,

It's working fine for me are you :

- Using the last version of Hikashop ?
- Are you talking of the price including taxes and your shipping/payment methods fee ?

Hi,
yes i have the latest version.

I'm talking about this:

Use price per product: No

Minimum price: 15

Maximum price: 99,99

With tax: Yes

Include virtual products price: No

Tried it, but nothing changes.
In the frontend the system displays both modes of payment: the one less than 100 euro and the second one more than 100 euro.

I think it is better if you tell me what i have to do because the problem is on the italian side of my site. If you try with english the shipping methods are not the same.
But if you want i can give you the access.

Unfortunately, as we can't register on your website (the account isn't activate after registration), we couldn't check the problem.

Hi,
I noticed that you made a test on front-end.
With your user data the system seems to work.
But you have not set the italian post code.
I put it for you.
Now there is the problem.
If you come back to my site (frontend) and go to shopping cart and click on next step you can see the two shipping methods.
For the second method i set 100 Euro on max price. But the system show it even if the purchase is over 100 €
That's the problem!

Hi,

We indeed tried to reproduce the problem on your website and I can see now the problem on your website.

However, we cannot reproduce the issue on our end. We will need an FTP access in order to debug the manual shipping methods plugin directly on your website to understand why you're having it displayed on the checkout even though the total price is above the maximum price. Could you provide such access ?

Hi,

I have found your problem.
Your maximum price was : "99,99"
And you have to enter : "99.99".
The maximum price wasn't convert correctly with a colon (and not a point), so it was considered as "0" so it's like there was no limitation.
