Problem with taxes since update

Hello,

I did a direct update from Hikashop 1.5.? to the new one 2.0.0 and now there are some strange tax problems.

In the product list view it shows the price with taxes. But in the product page view it does show the price without taxes, why? Before the update all was fine.

Oh, and the "add to cart" button is gone

ok, the first thing with the taxes and the "add to cart button" is solved. But now my "shipping methodes" are gone in the checkout.

Regarding your shipping methods, if you don't see them, it means that you have one of the issues listed here:

Please review each one.
