No shipping methods available to your location

Hello hikashop, I know this is an old problem, but this is driving me nuts! I have read all posts, related to this problem, but still nothing works!

Here's my settings:
1. I have shipping in my workflow
2. I have HikaShop manual shipping plugin published
3. All settings are set to PHILIPPINES

Please help hikashop! please reply! I will send you the login details once you replied here...
