USPS plugin needs an update soon

I just received an email from USPS that they'll be changing their API. This has me worried since 1) the USPS plugin still doesn't seem to be an official product for you all, and 2) I rely on USPS and 3) I rely on Hikashop.

Please update the plugin, and please make it an official plugin, and not just an obscurity on the message boards.

Yes, we didn't implement the USPS plugin because we didn't have access to the documentation (USPS didn't want because we are not established in the US but in Europe).
With the API documentation, we would be able to make an official HikaShop USPS plugin
