more complex handling charges

Handling is added to the shipping cost. Do any of the versions of HikaShop allow for more complete handling chargers? For instance, if a customer purchased one product (no matter the qty number of that product) he or she was charged $3 handling along with the shipping cost, but if they ordered a second product it was charged $1 for handling on that product and a third product was charged $1 and so forth. So if someone ordered 4 products they would pay $6 handling plus the shipping cost. Does one of the HikaShop versions allow for something like that?

I think that for the moment, the only solution would be to set the weight of your products to 1 and to create a shipping method for each product added.
