Shipping / Payment method no highlight or radio

During checkout I have no display of radio buttons or highlighting to show what shipping / payment method has been selected if I have "Use bootstrap design" set to Yes. Set to No The radio buttons appear but the site is unusable on a mobile device. Any ideas how to enable Radio buttons or highlighting would be fine.

I think that your template is overriding the css, try to follow this tutorial to solve your problem.
