Flat Rate Shipping Rates Double in Checkout

As you can see by the screenshots attached there are some issues with the tax calculations. Any help would be appreciated.

SOLVED!

So, I was playing around and discovered that putting a price in flat rate shipping as well as a price/product calculated BOTH prices instead of one or the other. Simply removing the PRICE made it so I could charge for each individual product.
