Multiple Addresses only show selected

Sorry if this has already posted; but was wondering if a customer who may have several addresses in their profile listing and select one for the billing and a different one for shipping;

is there a way to only show the selected addresses rather than show all address in both the address blocks?

Here's another look at the 3rd step. At this point we'd like to only show the selected address. Is this possible?
