Problems with checkout workflow

Hi

I'm struggling to get the checkout workflow to do exactly what I want. I'm running a 'quote cart' and want prospective customers to be able to add products into a cart which gets submitted to staff who then get back with a price.

At its simplest I'd like the workflow to function in the following way:

1) Cart (List of items in cart)
2) Shipping (Choice between pick up & delivery)
3) Personal contact details and if delivery is needed then ask for a delivery address
4) Summary of quote & Submit
5) End

Once this procedure works I want to expand on it but its proving more difficult than I thought. At the moment the shipping page comes up totally blank and I'm a bit lost how to logically ask for contact details without requiring login or registration. Using a custom form in the workflow also returns a totally blank page.

I need this fixed as soon as possible!

For now I've copied the following from the user manual:
cart_coupon,login,address,shipping,payment,confirm_cart_coupon_status_fields,end

HikaShop manual shipping plugin is enabled and my two shipping methods under it are published

It sounds like you turned off the "force shipping regardless of weight" option of the configuration and that you didn't set any weight for your products.
