FedEx shipping

Hi,

I have configured the FexEx shipping plugin to include only few shipping methods, please see the attachment.
For some reason the Ground shipping method does not display at all, and I am still stuck with the error message at the top:

This shipment qualifies for FedEx Home Delivery. Please resubmit your request with serviceType Ground Home Delivery.
There are no valid services available.

Is there any way to get rid of this error message, since I only chose few options, I don't want the plugin to suggest another delivery method?

It seems like you'll have to use the FedEx Ground (Home Delivery) service for USA delivery, and the FedEx Ground for International delivery, and then it should works.
