Increase conversion rates - New Feature?

There is lost many customers during the payment progress.
Is it possible for Hikashop to add a new feature where customers that leaves after they written the email and not completes the purchase, is sent an support email.

Many customers leaves because of simple reasons that easily can be solved with a little help.

The highest result i have seen contacting people manually after they dropped the payment progress, converted about 70% of them to customers.
It´s also a great way to learn the mentality of the customers.
