View cart and my account links on all the pages

I am new to this cart software and so far it has been very simple to use (its integrated on Joomla) However, I need to add a view cart and login link on each page of the website. I have tried to create a separate menu.

but the cart module link seems compulsory - is that correct?

Can anyone give some advice to steer me in the right direction?

Any help will be gratefully appreciated.

You can create a menu link of type checkout which will direct to the checkout like we have at the top of our website.
